Because our templates are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement

If a downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match its description, you may request a replacement file or a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at info@golearningacademy.com with your order confirmation and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Membership Cancellations

All-Access Membership subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued for time already used.
